Seraama Bespoke Lawyers GmbH is a boutique consultancy based in Zug, Switzerland. We provide company formation, resident director services, registered office solutions, and ongoing compliance support for internationally mobile founders and businesses.
Seraama was established in Zug to address a specific gap in the Swiss market:
Internationally mobile clients who needed a responsive, English-speaking legal partner with real-world corporate experience rather than academic legal theory.
Founded by a UK-qualified lawyer and international legal consultant with 23 years of corporate and cross-border experience, Seraama draws on a background that spans commercial law practice, in-house general counsel roles, and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Switzerland, Singapore, and the Gulf markets.
That depth of experience shapes how we work. We understand what matters to founders, investors, and mobile professionals who are navigating unfamiliar legal systems under commercial pressure. We give practical, clear advice without the formality that adds cost and delays decisions.

Sharon Harris
Sharon Harris is a UK-qualified lawyer and international legal consultant with over two decades of experience in corporate and cross-border law. Based in Zug, Switzerland, she founded Seraama to provide the kind of senior, substantive legal support that internationally mobile clients need but rarely find from generalist Swiss practices.
Her background includes corporate practice, in-house general counsel roles, and extensive advisory experience across UK, Swiss, Gulf, and Asian-Pacific jurisdictions. She advises clients on Swiss company structuring and formation, resident director obligations, commercial agreements, and cross-border compliance.
Sharon also serves as General Counsel to international groups on a consultancy basis, which means her advice is always grounded in commercial reality rather than theoretical legal analysis.
